What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email within 3 days of your purchase. Please have your invoice ready to obtain information required to process your return.  All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

 

 Returns- 
 
Custom Made Fashion: Once the designer has begun work on a project, there will be no refunds. 50% of payment is due before any work begins. If you are not satisfied with your item, please give the designer a chance to correct the problem.
 
Ready to Wear: If you are not satisfied with a purchase from our ready to wear collection, you must notify our office within 3 days of your purchase. Item must not be worn and be in it's original condition for a refund or store credit.
 
Glamour Jewelry & Accessories:
If you are not satisfied with your jewelry selection, you must email us within 3 days of your purchase. Please have your invoice ready so we can obtain the information required to process you return. Item must not be used and be in its original condition and packaging for a refund or store credit.
 
Make-Up/Cosmetics:
All make-up and cosmetic sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns.
This will ensure that you are not sold opened products by other customers. We apologize for any inconvenience. 
 
All items must be returned in their original condition. The wrap or package must not be tampered with or opened. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you (if you payed cash) or reimburse your credit or debit card for the purchase price paid for the item(s). Our shipping costs is not refundable. Again, please make sure that the package is not opened since we can not resale used merchandise to our customers. Allow 7 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
 
*Exchanges are available (please call our office 407-421-3150 to see if your purchase qualifies for an exchange)
 
*Please Note: Any used product will not be accepted as a return, this way you can be assured you are not sold used products by other customers.
